By using LCBS ("Couple Budgeting") you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
LCBS is a web and mobile app for couples to track budget and transactions. Free trial has a limited number of transaction entries; paid subscription unlocks all features.
2. Subscription and Payment
Annual subscription is purchased with a one-time payment of 89 PLN (or the equivalent shown in the app). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The subscription period is 1 (one) year from the date of payment.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Our subscription is a one-time annual payment model; there is no auto-renewal. At the end of the period your account reverts to free mode. To cancel your payment or request a refund you may contact us within 14 days after payment; otherwise the payment is final and no refund will be given. Technical cancellation (e.g. via Stripe customer portal) applies only to future renewals; the amount paid for the current period is not refunded.
4. Acceptable Use
You must use the service only for lawful and personal/household use. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Misuse, bulk data scraping, or resale to third parties is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
LCBS is provided "as is". The app cannot be held responsible for your financial decisions. We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Changes
If terms or pricing change we may notify you via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
